Hi folks, I’m in the middle of planning some much-needed renovations on our family home in Melbourne. We’ve been saving for years, and now that we’re ready, I’m shocked at how many shady or unreliable contractors there seem to be. My biggest worry is getting halfway through and realizing I’ve picked the wrong team. I want quality craftsmanship, not someone who’ll cut corners.
