In some projects the CCB may also be responsible for verifying that approved changes are implemented. Medium to large projects may have more than one CCB. For example, an external CCB comprising users, developers and marketing people is formed to deal with changes that will impact the customer. That is, product features, cost and delivery date. An internal CCB comprising developers and technical managers is formed to deal with changes in design approaches that will not be visible to the customer or impact costs and delivery dates.
