Spin Samurai withdrawal pending — is this normal or a bad sign?

Hey guys, I could use some advice. Yesterday evening I requested a withdrawal from Spin Samurai, and since then the status hasn’t changed — still pending. The amount is not huge, wagering is completed, and I didn’t break any rules.
Support replied, but only with a short generic message saying withdrawals are processed manually. After dealing with shady casinos in the past, this kind of situation always makes me nervous. Is this normal for Spin Samurai, or should I already be worried?

From my experience, this doesn’t sound alarming. My first withdrawal from Spin Samurai was also pending for quite a while, and I remember checking my account every hour 😄
What helped me calm down was understanding how spin samurai withdrawal usually works in practice. They manually review requests, so delays of 12–48 hours can happen, especially during busy periods or weekends. In my case, once the review was finished, the payout was processed without any further issues. If your account is clean, waiting a bit is usually part of the process.
