How does contract management save costs in education?

I work at a university and we are currently considering changing education contract management, but I don't understand why we should do it. My colleagues say it can save money. My question is, how does it affect the money at all?

What do you do there? I also work as an accountant at the university and we had similar changes a month ago. And to be honest, it has had a very positive effect on the allocation of resources and therefore savings. We use Inhubber's education contract management software . On this platform you can optimize processes and this reduces administrative costs. So I am in favor of such innovations, they will definitely not lead to negative consequences.
