I once read about LASH in the university library. I found the topic very interesting and even wrote my thesis on it, as I was studying to be a sailor. I love the sea and wanted to spend my whole life there, which is what happened. I love my job. That's why I decided to ask a question here, in case someone else knows the answer. So, what solution to logistical problems has LASH provided?

You know, I feel happy for those people whose dreams come true and who work where they wanted to work their whole lives. I am still in the process of making such changes, I need a little more time. But regarding LASH barges , I will say that it has really reduced the number of problems in maritime logistics. Someone sent me a link to GetTransport on another forum, where there are many interesting facts about this system. As I understand it, it is often used where there are no deep-water harbors and infrastructure is limited, but cargo needs to be delivered there, and it really works.
