How often do you contact the support team of online casinos in Australia?

When I used Adelaide, there were times when I would spend all day talking to support because there were a lot of things I didn't understand. For example, I had problems with verification of my account - despite all the documents provided, I did not have confirmation and the managers could not help me. How often do you contact the support team of online casinos in Australia?

I don't often contact the support team, I try to understand the problem myself first. If I realize that I can't solve the problem on my own, then I contact the service managers for help. I like the support approach at The Pokies - when I write to them with my query, they ask in detail to provide expert help. Even when it came to technical work, they were gently reassuring and did everything to make me a satisfied customer of the service. To be honest, I wish I could write to them more often, but there is no problem I would not contact them with.
