Travelling with contact lenses – any tips?

Hi all, I’m planning a 3-week trip up the east coast and I’m a bit nervous about how to manage my contact lenses while travelling. At home it’s easy – I’ve got my solution, my lens case, everything’s tidy. But on the road, with hostels and long bus rides, I’m worried about hygiene and just the hassle of carrying bottles around. I even considered switching back to glasses, but honestly, I hate wearing them. Any seasoned travellers here with some advice?
