Anyone here have experience with outsourced test automation services? Looking for some real feedback

Hey folks, I’m hoping to get some honest opinions here. My small dev team has been buried in QA lately, and it’s starting to slow us down big time. We’re trying to move faster with releases, but testing is taking forever and catching up with bugs is becoming a real headache.
We’ve been thinking about looking into Outsourced Test Automation Services to help lighten the load. I came across Testing4Success and they seem legit, but I’d love to hear from anyone who’s either worked with them or gone the outsourcing route in general.
Was it worth it? How was communication? Did it actually save your team time and money or did it just add more to manage?
Really just looking for real-world experience here, good or bad. Also open to other recommendations if you’ve had success with another company. Thanks in advance!
