Anyone used Rapid Vac Trucks in Perth for drainage or excavation?

Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone here has had any experience using Rapid Vac Trucks in Perth? I’ve been dealing with a couple of drainage issues on my property and someone suggested I look into vacuum excavation services instead of digging everything up the old-fashioned way.
I came across this site — https://perth.rapidvactrucks.com.au/ — and it looks like they offer non-destructive digging, drain cleaning and all that. I’d never even heard of a vac truck before this week so I’m still wrapping my head around how it all works.
If you’ve used them before (or any other Perth vac truck company) I’d love to hear how it went. Were they quick? Expensive? Worth it? I’ve got a few underground cables on the property so I’m a bit nervous about regular excavation. Vacuum trucks sound like a safer option.
Keen to hear from anyone who’s gone this route before.
