When you travel frequently on business, you want to have a service that works without any glitches. You want your documents to be readily available, the terms and conditions to be clear, and communication with the hotel to be smooth. Does anyone have any experience with this?

For me, Otello was just that. I recently booked through the website in Helvetia https://otello.ru/hotel/5348552838522825. I selected the dates, reviewed the photos and description, paid by card, and within a minute, the reservation was confirmed. Everything is stored in my personal account, and the cancellation policy is transparent. Additionally, there are often promotions, allowing for significant savings.
