Is SEO Still Worth the Hype in 2025 or Just Another Digital Buzzword?

Hey folks, I run a small e-commerce store, and I'm stuck deciding whether to invest more into SEO or just blow my budget on social media ads. With all the algorithm changes and AI content, is SEO still worth the money in 2025, or has it become one of those overhyped buzzwords people just throw around? I want real visibility and traffic, not smoke and mirrors. What are you all seeing out there? Results? Flops? Tips?
