When I was traveling in Greece, I had to clarify the details of the policy - I wrote to support via https://www.globelink.eu, they responded quickly and clearly, without complicated formalities. It's nice that everything is in English, I didn't have to look for a translator. Has anyone checked if they have a 24-hour chat?
