I recently won a small amount but the withdrawal is taking forever. They keep asking for more and more documents. Is this normal or am I being ghosted? How long does it usually take for you guys to get your money? I am starting to get nervous because it's been four days already and the status is still pending. I already sent my ID and utility bill. Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process?
