MK-677: Worth the Hype in 2026?

Hey guys, I've been lifting for 2 years and stuck at the same weight. I want better recovery and more muscle. Someone mentioned MK-677. Is it good for natural gains? Does it really boost growth hormone? What about side effects like hunger or bloating? I'm 28, train 5 days a week, eat clean. Should I try it or stick to food and sleep? Any real user experiences?

I added MK-677 last year during bulk. Hunger was crazy at first — had to eat more protein. Recovery improved a lot, slept deeper, lifts went up steadily. Gained 12 lbs in 10 weeks, mostly muscle with some water. No bad sides except morning puffiness. Dropped it for 2 months, kept most gains. Good for plateaus if you eat enough.
