Here are some tips for using rosemary oil to help stimulate hair growth and improve scalp circulation:

Dilute rosemary essential oil with a carrier oil like coconut or jojoba oil. A typical ratio is 3-5 drops rosemary oil per 1 teaspoon carrier oil.

Massage the diluted oil into your scalp for 5-10 minutes before showering or bathing. Focus on massaging areas with thinning hair or loss. This boosts circulation.

Leave the oil on for at least 30 minutes, or ideally overnight, then shampoo as normal. This allows the active compounds time to stimulate follicles.

Try making a hot oil treatment by heating up the carrier oil first before adding rosemary oil. Apply to the scalp while warm and cover with a shower cap for 30 minutes before washing out.

Repeat treatments 2-3 times a week for at least 2 months to increase circulation and maximize growth. Be consistent.

Add a few drops of rosemary oil to your shampoo or conditioner bottle and massage in while cleansing for added circulation boost.

Avoid getting rosemary oil near your eyes and don't ingest it. Do a patch test before wider use.

Store rosemary oil properly in a cool, dark place between uses to maintain potency.

Used regularly, rosemary oil is a simple, aromatherapeutic way to nourish follicles while increasing blood flow where you need it most. Improved scalp circulation supports faster, healthier hair growth.
