Funnel it out. To keep things interesting, find sports or hobbies you enjoy and then vary your schedule.
Make physical activity a daily routine. If it's hard to find time to exercise, don't come up with justifications.
collobrate with friends, neighbours, or other people.
Give yourself a reward.
Be adaptable.
