Monitor and managе еndpoints
In order to assist MSPs in monitoring and managing their clients' endpoints, RMM software is prioritized most. Better visibility and more control over the IT environments they are responsible for are made possible by this. It is beneficial and important to be able to monitor and manage in a software solution.

Monitoring softwarе in RMM
All of the software on a machine is visible to the installed agents on endpoint devices. MSPs can determine whether an endpoint is healthy or operating properly, see how much disk space is being used and how much is still available for use, and track and monitor which specific software systems and apps are installed on the device. The round-the-clock monitoring data that RMM tools and PSA software generates also enables them to always keep an eye on the IT environment's endpoints.
The kind of data that MSPs keep track of frequently depends on their size. A smaller MSP might keep an eye out for low disk space on every workstation so they can be alerted and take proactive steps to fix the problem on any affected device. Conversely, a larger MSP most likely has far too many workstations and might just keep an eye out for low disk space.
Suppose that certain software isn't functioning or that a customer's exchange service isn't operating. The MSP has the right to resolve the issue in a way that will satisfy the client if they are able to learn about it before the end user discovers it. The monitoring software's notice can still provide the MSP a heads-up before the client contacts in, even if the client and the MSP discover the problem at the same time. Knowing what's happening with the customer before they know, or at least at the same time, is the major goal of monitoring so that they can always stay a little ahead of the game and actively manage and maintain the IT environment.
