Looking for advice: Getting repeated calls from a debt collector. Is this harassment?

I've been getting multiple calls a day from a debt collector called Sentry Recovery & Collections. The calls are frequent and feel really aggressive. I'm worried because I've read they can't just call as much as they want or threaten you.
I found some information online that says this might be illegal harassment. It talks about specific things like them calling non-stop, threatening lawsuits they can't follow through on, or even calling your workplace after you tell them to stop.
Has anyone else dealt with Sentry Recovery & Collections specifically? What did you do to make it stop? I'm trying to understand my rights and if this is worth taking action over. Any advice or similar experiences would be really helpful.
