Hey everyone in the Risk section! I just read something that’s got me thinking—apparently, the National Park Service says human noise from all our machines (think cars, planes, gadgets) is doubling or tripling global noise pollution every 30 years. That’s insane, right? I get that it’s a hassle for us, but I’m really curious about the risks it poses to wildlife in places like national parks. Like, how exactly does all that racket mess with animals—does it scare them off, mess up their hunting, or something else? Are certain species more at risk than others? I’d love to hear what you all know or think about this—any specific examples or studies you’ve come across? Trying to wrap my head around how big of a threat this is. Thanks for any insights!
