Hey everyone, I need some advice on buying ergonomic chairs. I've been experiencing back pain lately, and I think it's because of my current chair. Can anyone recommend a good ergonomic chair that provides proper support and helps with posture? My budget is around $300.

Hi! Carl's suggestions are great, and I second the recommendation for Autonomous ErgoChair 2. However, if you want to explore more options, I'd also suggest looking into the Steelcase Gesture or the Herman Miller Sayl. Both chairs have received positive reviews for their ergonomic design and back support. When choosing an ergonomic chair, it's essential to consider factors like adjustable armrests, seat height, and lumbar support. If possible, visit a local furniture store to test the chairs in person to see which one suits your body and preferences best. Remember, investing in a quality ergonomic chair is an investment in your health and productivity, so take your time to make the right choice!
