How to stop procrastinating and start living consciously?

I constantly feel tired, I don’t have time to do anything, although there aren’t that many tasks. I put everything off until last minute, even simple things. I listened to podcasts about mindfulness, tried meditation – not my thing. I want to understand myself, but I don’t know where to start. Are there any real ways to get my energy back and stop procrastinating? Maybe someone has tried some apps or practices that really helped me understand myself, and not just “take a deep breath and everything will pass”? I’ll be glad to hear any advice.

I had a similar situation - constant procrastination, anxiety, a feeling that I am running in circles. This Liven app helped. It is like a universal companion: there is a mood tracker, an AI interlocutor, a bunch of tests and courses. I especially liked the "procrastination" function - it really helps to understand why you put things off and what to do about it. There are also tests for anxiety, stress, and even childhood influences. Everything is presented clearly, with a kind approach, without pressure. After the first test, I immediately received an individual program. It somehow makes it easier to understand what is happening to you and start changing your behavior step by step. So I recommend trying it, maybe you will like it too.
