I started two months ago with the 16/8 regimen, where I fast for 16 hours and eat only for 8 hours. At first, it was difficult to readjust, but then my body got used to it, and the hunger sensations became less pronounced. In these two months, I have lost 10 pounds and feel great! I have more energy and feel better, and my sleep quality has improved.

I had a positive experience with interval fasting, too. I started with the 18/6 regimen, which helped me lose 8 kg in two months. The hardest part was getting used to the new eating schedule, but it became a habit with time. I also started using semaglutide to speed up the weight loss process.
