While entrepreneurship is exploding around the world (Gust has startup profiles created by entrepreneurs from an astounding 200+ countries), the United States remains the easiest (although far from the only) place to found a company.
This is due to a combination of many independent factors, from a historic national culture of entrepreneurship, to a rock-solid basis of corporate law and an intolerance of corruption, to a high standard of living and a high availability of all of the things that enhance an entrepreneurial ecosystem (talent, markets, partners, investors, startup resources, etc. etc.)
